This Small house was designed to live large.  This Bungaloft was designed to be a model for living well on a small footprint, the home is the best of traditional architecture and design with high-quality fixtures and finishes upgraded to today's standards. Examples include: oak flooring,  pella windows and doors, completely upgraded custom kitchen and bathrooms. The property is a model for green building and meets six of the eight petals of the Living Building Challenge. It meets all the location criteria, historic property, efficient use of space, solar access and orientation, landscape and local food and adaptive reuse.
